How is shotcrete applied?
Shotcrete is applied to a surface using a pressurized hose and nozzle, often called a ‘gun.’ It causes the wet cement mixture to shoot evenly onto on to whatever the surface is that it is being applied to. It is pumped out at a high velocity to ensure better bonding.
